The Zirkonoffen sintering furnace is a critical component in our zirconia restoration workflow. It enables us to carefully control the sintering process, resulting in zirconia restorations that exhibit exceptional strength and esthetics.

Emax ZirCAD Prime

  • Zirconia: We employ high-quality zirconia materials for the fabrication of crowns, bridges, and implant restorations. Zirconia is renowned for its strength and natural appearance, making it an ideal choice for durable and esthetic solutions.

  • Emax ZirCAD Prime: We utilize Emax ZirCAD Prime, a high-esthetic zirconia material by Ivoclar, for restorations that combine beauty and strength.

  • Lithium Disilicate: Emax lithium disilicate is another premium material we use, known for its exceptional esthetics and durability.

  • Programat Porcelain Furnace: Our Programat porcelain furnace ensures that the porcelain layering process is carried out with precision, enhancing the lifelike appearance of our restorations

  • KATANA™ Zirconia YML is a new definition of zirconia in dentistry. This product is characterized by a unique raw material combination of highly translucent zirconia with high strength, which are integrated together by an advanced manufacturing technology. 

  • ArgenZ HT+ This innovative material is the next generation high translucent zirconia, and is the new workhorse standard for HT zirconia.  ArgenZ HT+ features 4-5% more translucency (45%) and 150MPa increased strength (1250MPa) over traditional HT zirconia.

  • Aidite 3D Multilayer zirconia crowns blend six shades for a natural tooth layering effect. Post-milling, they show a darker shade at the base, mimicking natural teeth and hiding the abutment while avoiding shade transmission. Material composition: multilayered, layerless, and natural transition.
